For items purchased online with buy now, pay later service providers, a refund will be processed and your buy now, pay later service provider will be advised. Your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value.
How did this happen?
For every online order, we try to source your items from up to three stores. If we can’t secure stock after these attempts, we’ll notify you by email and process a refund for the cancelled item(s). This will include a refund of your delivery fee if the majority (i.e. 50% or more) of the order value can’t be fulfilled.
Items may be cancelled and refunded if:
We couldn’t secure stock to fulfil your order
Items were broken or damaged in transit and you can provide photos of the damage
Your package wasn’t delivered successfully, and the address provided was correct
Stock levels in store are always changing, with millions of units sold and new stock arriving every day. If an item is still available online, it’s usually because another store in the state has received stock in the interim or stock levels in store are in the process of updating.
No, you’re unable to change or cancel your order once it’s been placed.
If you ordered items in error, or have changed your mind, you can return unwanted items to store for a full refund.
Yes, if you change your mind, you can cancel your Click & Collect order.
