• Directions for use: 
  • Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
  • Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.
